Protect Utah's Youth!

JOIN THE FIGHT!

Tell the Utah Health Department to REJECT the Proposed Amendment that would result in higher nicotine and a return of flavors in convenience stores

Once again, our youth face a dangerous and addictive adversary.

This time, it's the vaping industry that preys upon their well-being. It's up to us to take a stand and protect our children from the harms of vaping. Learn more about the issue and lend your voice to safeguard our youth!

Utah's 675,000 K-12 students are confronted with grave threats posed by the vaping industry.

Thanks to the efforts of Governor Cox, House Speaker Brad Wilson, Senate President Stuart Adams, and the Utah Health Department, Utah has implemented the strictest nicotine standards for vaping across the United States. These standards have yielded tangible results—fewer addicted kids, reduced health issues, and lives saved!

However, we know that addictive industries never cease their relentless pursuit of profits, regardless of the consequences. They do not care whose lives they harm as long as their coffers overflow.

Here’s the Current Situation

The vaping industry claims their sales and profits are dwindling, and now they are taking legal action against the Utah Department of Health in a desperate attempt to regain control. They want to transfer the regulation of Utah's vaping standards from Utahns to the federal government. They are bullying the Utah Health Department to surrender control to the federal level.

We cannot allow this power shift to happen!

If this proposed change takes effect, nicotine levels in vape pens will automatically rise, and enticing fruity flavors that appeal to our kids will make a comeback on the shelves of Utah convenience stores.

It's time for action to protect our Utah youth.

Elevated nicotine levels and enticing flavors will only contribute to more addictions, health problems, community issues, and tragic deaths. We must send a resounding message to the vaping industry that Utah will not tolerate being targeted and bullied!

Let your voice be heard by the Utah Department of Health. Urge them to maintain state control, preserve our vital 3% nicotine limitations, and prevent the reintroduction of vaping flavors in Utah convenience stores.

PROTECT OUR YOUTH!

Together, we can make a difference and ensure the well-being of our children. Join us in this crucial battle by raising your voice to the Utah Department of Health. Together, let's protect Utah's vaping standards and secure a brighter future for our youth.

TAKE ACTION NOW!
